The Executive Director leads in setting the strategic direction; provides overall management and supervision of day-to-day
operations of the Foundation; and, ensures the accomplishment of the organization’s mission and goals.
The Executive Director’s principal duties and responsibilities include the following:
Minimum Qualification Guidelines:
The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably with post graduate studies in the fields of development
management, business economics and other related courses. He / she must have at least ten (10) years senior management
experience in the development sector.
Other desired knowledge and skills:
1. Proficient in written and oral communication (English and Pilipino)
2. Fluent in other Philippine languages or dialects
3. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
