Coordinative and Field-related Functions (HMI, PPI & LGI)
Serves as the immediate point-person of all our accredited brokers’ network for their pre-sales concerns, queries and requests. Troubleshoots petty and minor concerns and issues without concerning any amount and usurping business protocols and authorities.
Handles the legwork of sales operations and services such as sales materials preparation and logistics, monitoring of sales activities and brokers affairs.
Ensures that all selling partners have updated and complete sales materials on a regular schedule.
Handles basic pre-sales servicing and departmental tasks.
Actively and regularly update and inform all lead brokers regarding present and upcoming company policies and regulations, sales-related procedures and other pertinent information
Prepares reports every after broker engagements and recommends solutions and action plans to target brokers’ concerns and issues.
Pre-evaluation of Accounts & Client Servicing
Pre - evaluate all sales (option sales stage) by thoroughly checking if the initial requirements and information are met by the client.
Perform minor after-sales services and assistance to the clients in the area of documentary requirements, payment scheme and structure, and other requests.
Male or Female
Has a pleasing and excellent interpersonal skills
Well-organized, confident and has an outgoing personality
Selling experience is an advantage
Has at leas One (1) year of experience in Real Estate Industry (esp. Brokers operation)
