Job Description

We are currently looking for a self-storage team manager. This person is expected to possess the following characteristics:

  • Independent: Be able to work alone and with little or no supervision
  • Result Driven: Be organized with the required tasks and execute them diligently
  • Leadership: Be able to manage and supervise his / her own team
  • Customer Oriented: Be a role model for the team especially in customer service
  • Hard Working: Be able to work in extended hours and Saturdays
  • Well Versed: Be able to speak fluent English and Tagalog

Daily responsibilities as a self-storage team manager are as follows:

  • Provide excellent customer service by helping customers understand their needs and recommending the proper storage size for them
  • Assist reservation and walk-in customers (both in person and on the phone) in renting storage units, understanding the lease terms, fees and insurance and completing lease agreements
  • Ensure the appearance of the property is customer ready by cleaning units and undertaking other cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Guide, train and manage staff and ensure they grow through guidance and example
  • Manage, verify, balance cash drawer; prepare and make daily deposits

Qualification
