Training Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
Handles all administrative and logistical requirements and preparations for various training activities of the institution. Manages the documentations of various training activities and ensures that all training documentations are complete and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree in social sciences, environmental science or related field; Masters degree is an advantage
At least 1-2 years experience in training preparation, administration and documentation. Experience in training design, skills public speaking and in conducting trainings would be an advantage.
Must have excellent ability in documenting trainings, meetings, workshops etc. and must be persistent in collecting training documentations.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good attention to detail. Must also be organized and systematic.
Must have working knowledge in environmental issues and concepts
Must be willing to travel
