Responsible for day-to-day HR operations, providing a wide range of support to HR, Operations, as well as clients. He/she will be involved in recruitment, employee relations, discipline, records management, policy implementation, performance management, etc., while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources handling different functions
Exhibits self-confidence, professionalism, and integrity at all times
Very good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple taskings at the same time
