Catholic Relief Services – Philippine Program is looking for an experienced and committed Program Manager to manage the social and integrated intervention of the Anibong Resettlement Project. The Program Manager for Community Facilitation provides technical leadership and supervisory support to a team of seven (7) Community Facilitators, seven (7) Community Facilitation Assistants and Project Officer.
She/He ensures high-quality community facilitation for the different components of the participatory and integral project which comprises: housing and urban planning, land ownership and governance, strengthening of Community Based Organizations, WASH, DRR and Health, Gender and Protection,
Livelihoods and Savings and networking/linking of projects.
The ideal candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work/Community Development, Public/Business Administration, Public Education, Health, other fields Social Sciences or equivalent trainings & experiences.
She/He should have at least seven to ten years of experience as Community/Enterprise Development Specialist working with NGOs, private or government agencies in planning and implementation of humanitarian response, disaster risk reduction, housing, livelihoods.
Experience in Resettlement projects will be a plus.
