Chemonics International Inc., a leading international development consulting firm based in Washington D.C., seeks a Workshop Facilitator for the USAID-funded E-PESO Activity based in Makati, Philippines. The Activity aims to promote a more efficient, transparent and inclusive retail epayment system.
The Workshop Facilitator is responsible for the design, conduct and documentation of roundtable discussions involving senior representatives of multiple stakeholders from private and public sector partners in order to:
have a common understanding of the end-to-end business-to-business payment process;
identify the electronic processes and / or payment solutions that can improve the payment process;
identify the applicable regulations, its implications to the business payment process and resulting issues if any;
identify what regulations can be considered to improve the electronic payment process that will be beneficial to businesses and the regulators;
identify next steps
Bachelor’s degree in international development, finance, economics, or related field of study
At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial services, organizational development and training
Track record in successful workshop design and facilitation
Excellent organizational, problem solving and English communication skills
