DAI seeks a qualified candidate to fill a position under the USAID-funded Facilitating Public Investment (FPI) project. The Communications & Outreach Assistant will write success stories and articles for publication in the newsletters, website and social media accounts of the FPI Project. Assist in the development of outreach strategies and messaging to help stakeholders better understand project activities and their relationship to further increase the goal of increasing fiscal space. The writer/communications assistant will prepare scripts for use in publications or broadcasting, press releases and marketing materials for the project and its partners when necessary.
Communications & Outreach Assistant
· A bachelor’s degree is required for a full-time job as a writer with a degree in English, journalism, or communications.
· The candidate should have at least 3 years related work experience
· Knowledge of computer software and editing tools (text with graphics, audio, video, and animation). Knowing graphic design, page layout, and multimedia software can be advantageous.
· Willing to start immediately
