The Research and Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant will provide facilitation, coordination, documentation and monitoring & evaluation support to Protect Wildlife activities in focus areas in Palawan. This position will report to the Site Manager, with technical oversight from the M&E Specialist. This position will be located in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
Relevant Experience & Requirements:
At least an undergraduate degree, preferably in Forestry and/or Agriculture;
Minimum of 2 years progressively responsible experience in relevant positions. Experience working in a similar position for an NGO or an international organization is preferred. USAID-funded project experience is a plus;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment isamust;
Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and work irregular hours;
Superior integrity, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Sound analytical and reasoning skills;
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
A demonstrated ability to effectively interact with external stakeholders and program team.
