Teacher Support Associate/technical support for multinational esl co (ortigas)

Qualification:
What you’ll be doing:
 
Conduct daily follow up with home-based e-Educators regarding technical concerns, system checks, lesson 
 
plotting, and schedule/attendance monitoring
 
Coordinate with other Teams (Customer Service, Standards and Payroll) for resolution of concerns from home-
 
based e-Educators
 
Requirements:
 
College graduate of any degree
 
Good English communication skills
 
Preferably has working experience in an ESL / BPO or School administration setting or in any similar field
 
Technical support background is an advantage
 
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
 
Can work on shifting schedules (between 9:00AM to 11:30PM, on weekends and holidays)
 
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
