Job Description
  • Orders office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment like computers, printers and fax machine.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Planning meeting and taking detail minute.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Qualification
  • Male at least 5’6 or Female at least 5’0 age not more than 40 years old.
  • College graduate is required.
  • With 1 year previous hotel – related experience desired.
  • Highly organized and have strong communication skills.
  • Assist with day to day operations including hiring, managing and training staff.
  • Update office policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
