Human Resource Coordinator

  • 25-35 years old / male or female / preferably Bachelor degree in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years experience  as HR staff coordinator
  • Has knowledge in developing job descriptions, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidate, preparing personal files of staff
  • Able to coordinate and give administrative support to the Human Resources team on their day to day operation
  • Developing policies on issues such as working condition, performance management, disciplinary procedure & absence management
  • Updating salary, compiling payroll / absence data
  • Responsible for the on the job orientation for new hires
  • Assist with the employee relation issues in the hotel in confidential manner, including disciplinarian, grievance and capability
  • Manage HR administration such as contract, letter and personal files
  • Has knowledge to the health and safety and comply with the hotels health and safety policy
  • Effective written and oral  communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and the procedures
  • Coordinating hotel associate events and activities
  • Support the hotel with the departmental training including induction, work experience and training materials.
