Line Cook

Qualification:
  • MALE OR FEMALE  WITH 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A LINE CHEF, RESTAURANT COOK OR PREP COOK
  • EFFICIENT/RELIABLE/KNOWLEDGEABLE / HARDWORKING
  • PROVEN COOKING EXPERIENCE AND HAS ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE OF VARIOUS COOKING METHODS, INGREDIENTS, EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURES
  • HAS ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE IN NUTRITION , FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFETY STANDARDS
  • ENSURE THAT FOOD COME OUT SIMULTANEOUSLY IN HIGH QUALITY
  • ABLE TO MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND PROFESSIONAL APPROACH WITH CO-WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS
  • SET UP AND STOCKING STATIONS WITH NECESSARY SUPPLIES
  • EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE IN ASIAN/ AMERICAN/FILIPINO  CUISINE
  • ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS OF THE SOUS CHEF
