The SHE Regional Coordinator represents the project , implements strategies and ensures local information is proactively and frequently shared within the team. In collaboration with local partners, the SHE Coordinator helps to foster local level change, drawing on technical assistance from the central office and field offices.
Graduate of Social sciences/ behavorial courses, preferably with Master’s Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, community health, community development, or its equivalent, preferably with a background on Psychology, or additional academic units or postgraduate courses related to Sexual Health/Adolescent/Youth development would be desirable.
A team player, with excellent written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
With a minimum of at least 3 years of experience in development work in the area of Sexual Reproductive Health/Gender at subnational levels in multi-cultural setting, complex environment with multi-tasking and tight deadlines.
