The Finance and HR Officer provides HR and financial support to the regional program coordinators. This includes preparing timely and accurate activity budgets and monthly budget reports, carrying out procurement and inventory, procurement, providing administrative and logistical support and ensuring that all is done in compliance with the donor and Jhpiego policies, regulations and procedures. To provide administrative procedure related to employment contracts of the SHE staff and oversee payroll and compliance with local labor law following Jhpiego standards.
Bachelors degree in finance and or accounting
Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting and or finance and administration
Excellent financial and accounting skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software will be an asset
In depth understanding of Philippine Labor Law
Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience with Oxfam funded projects would be an advantage
