The Front Office Butler is in constant contact with guests, and has the most diverse operating exposure within the hotel. Front Office Butler is passionate about customer service. He/she has a keen intuition that allows him/her to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
The Front Office Butler provides a very personal, detailed, seamless service to guests. He/she will take care of all guests from arrival until post-departure, without imposing themselves on the guest.
The Front Office Butler provides guest services in Business Services, Lobby, Cashier, Guest Relations, Airport and Business Center.
· Has strong and relevant On-The-Job Training experience in hospitality with strong Front Office background.
