Job Description
  1. Prepare monthly analysis and reconciliation of GL accounts
  2. Check and post intercompany charges/credits (Debit Notes & Credit Notes) to the computerized accounting system
  3. Prepare necessary accruals and adjusting journal entries during month-end and year-end closing
  4. Attend to queries of other groups and fields offices on various accounting issues and concerns
  5. Monitors and analyze various GL accounts and prepare accounting schedules
  6. Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation
  7. Analyze employee related account receivables
  8. Ensure that all entries in Cash Journal are posted
  9. Maintain and post daily exchange rate in the computerized accounting system
  10. Monitor renewal and process payment of Business Permits
  11. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial package
  12. Prepare and accomplish quarterly and annual National Statistics Office (NSO) survey reports
  13. Coordinate with other groups in responding to various accounting and financial reporting issues


Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant

Minimum Experience : Three (3) years related work experience

Special Skills : Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills; Strong organizational ability to meet time schedules and deadlines; Attentive to details; Good oral and written communication skills; Computer literate
