Job Description:

Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the engagement of candidates to fill in the Company’s manpower needs
  2. Facilitate processing, delivery and execution of employment documents
  3. Ensure the complete submission of employment requirements from newly-hired employees for the update and maintenance of the Company’s employee database
  4. Conduct brief Company orientations to newly-hired employees
  5. Ensure accomplishment of probationary appraisals and facilitate confirmations of new hires eligible for regularization
  6. Facilitate the Company’s Student Traineeship Program to expand the pool of potential candidates for future vacancies
  7. Ensure preparation of Company IDs for employees


Employee and Labor Relations

  1. Plan, organize and implement the Company’s annual program of employee relations activities
  2. Propose updates and innovative practices in implementing employee relations activities to enhance employee engagement and retention
  3. Coordinate the proper implementation of the Company’s Code of Conduct and Discipline for the efficient management of disciplinary cases
  4. Conduct, formally or informally, periodic corporate climate surveys

Reporting

  1. Coordinate the submission of reportorial requirements including but not limited to Manpower Reports and Incident Reports needed for major personnel decisions
  2. Provide support in the Section’s submission of and compliance to various internal and external stakeholders’ reportorial requirements including but not limited to those mandated by BIR, BSP, CSC, and DOLE

 

Qualification:

Minimum Education: Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management or related courses

Minimum Experience: At least one (1) year related experience
 
Special Skills: Planning and organizing to meet line’s needs and concerns; Ability to keep confidential information; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Above-average interpersonal skills; Computer literate; Preferably with SAP background.
