Human Resource Assistant

Job Description:

a.             Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and other HR-related activities (preparation and distribution of notices of meetings, request for contributions of items for the agenda, notification of attendees, preparation of references and materials, coordination for preparation of venue and other logistics requirements, etc.);

b.             Assist in the conversion of data on leave credits of personnel from physical records to electronic database;

c.             Assist in organizing the electronic database of applicants to vacant positions;

d.             Assist in coordinating with applicants regarding the schedule of examination and interview and other matters;

e.             Assist in organizing and safe keeping of files related to recruitment, selection, and placement;

f.              Assist in the conduct of the background investigation of applicants;

g.             Draft policies, memoranda, resolutions, communications, and reports;

h.             Undertake coordination with staff in other offices and with external contracts;

i.              Provide administrative assistance to the staff of PASS;

j.              Perform other tasks as may be directed.

 

 

Qualification:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree

Eligibility:  CS Eligibility is an advantage
