Job Description a. Perform legal and factual research; b. Perform records research; c. Identify relevant judicial decisions, statues, legal articles, codes and other pertinent materials; d. Organize and analyze information; e. Cross-check and validate information; f. Prepare written reports; g. Prepare initial drafts of documents; h. Prepare initial drafts of correspondences; i. Check legal forms and documents for accuracy; j. Maintain reference files; k. Organize and track case files; l. Review and monitor new updated regulations; m. Interact with internal/external clients; n. Liaise with internal/external clients; o. Liaise with different private and government agencies and organizations; p. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time Qualification Education : College graduate Experience : Have prior administrative work experience Training : None required Eligibility : None required |
