With the following minimum qualifications:
MS/MA degree in HR, MBA, LLB or equivalent;
Relevant work experience of at least 5 years as HR manager or HR executive;
Knowledgeable in the various facets of HR (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Discipline Management);
Knowledgeable on HR laws, policies, development trends, and change initiatives;
Very good to excellent relationship management, negotiation, and people management skills;
Results-oriented servant-leader and committed co-worker for institutional development;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
