Job Description

Employment Duration: Open-Ended

Duty Station: Luzon Program Office, Quezon City

Deadline of Applications: January 20, 2019

Key Accountabilities:

• The role holder will work closely with country, regional and centre based teams to provide resolution to support tickets raised through the service desk system and provide first line user support to users of the SAP Source to Pay system

• System Administration for the Source to Pay system and optimizing the user experience by providing user support—on demand and pro-actively 


Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of providing technical support of S2P applications at any level

• Understanding of SAP Ariba

• Customer Service. Customer Focus, Service Desk qualifications (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)

• Systems technical configuration and/or system support experience

• Experience of supporting system reporting tools and data extracts

• Understanding of configuration workbook maintenance and change control

• Must be fluent in English verbal and written communications; fluency in French or Spanish is desirable
