Job Description:
The company is expanding in Toronto, Canada and we are looking for candidates to join our
Seafood, Meat and Food Service departments. Candidates must be self starters and people oriented.
Should be a "hands on" person with good people skills and able to support and work as part of a team.
Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and work for long hours in a standing position.
Qualification:
  • Responsible for preparation of freshly cut meat products on the display rack;
  • Assist in cutting, slicing, and trimming special parts of meat;
  • Basic skills in using meat cutting tools/equipment such as a knives, meat slicer, meat grinder and band saw machines;
  • Knowledge of special cuts of meat such as "Adobo cut", "Cross-cut Bulalo," "Bopis", "Tapa", "Tocino", "Lechon Kawali", "Pork Long Feet", "Pork Ham Leg", and "Carne Asada";
  • Has a High School diploma and at least two (2) years experience in basic butchering, handling, processing and packing of all meat products.
