Job Description Social & Admin Secretaries for the office of the Ambassador. Post Requirements: • A minimum of 12 years schooling with completion of at least a one year Secretarial. • Diploma/Certificate plus a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a secretary, typist, receptionist or clerk with word processing knowledge and skills, accountant with admin experience and knowledge of assets. • Working experience at the Embassy will be an advantage. Duties and Responsibilities: • To assist on organising and coordination of social events, purchasing, control and inventories. • To nurture relations, act as the Mission’s contact person for protocol matters, administration and relationship building. • To manage political projects with financial and procurement. • To assist with all administrative and clerical functions for the Ambassador and political offices. • Service delivery – (Professional Client Service).
Qualification Job Skills Competencies: • Planning and organising. • Computer and English proficiency. • Analytical thinking and Problem solving. • Conceptualisation and Initiative. Salary and benefits: Annual Salary package of PHP + - 375, 841.00 depending on qualification and experience and fringe benefits.
