Qualification:

Desired skills and experience for the Administrative position

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledgeable in processes related to SEC filing, SSS, HDMF, Philhealth and payroll processing, etc.
  • Ability to assist in all accounting and administrative related matters

Desired skills and experience for Accounting-related positions

  • A minimum of a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent analytics and experience with financial statements and Excel
  • Highly resourceful, independent, and self-starting. Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in preparation of Financial Statements, BIR, SEC, tax requirements and other related reports
  • Knowledgeable in using Quickbooks and Netsuite
  • Easy-going enough to work in a fluid startup environment in the Philippines
  • Interest in social development issues

Highly Desired for Finance Manager and Senior Accountant positions

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and BOA accreditation preferred
  • External audit experience
